Job: AS400 Developer with EDI
Locations: Issaquah, WA ( Need Only Local candidates)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AS400 Developer with EDI experience to support development and maintenance of enterprise applications on the iSeries platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RPG programming, SQL, and EDI transactions, along with the ability to analyze business requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in AS400 / iSeries development
- Proficiency in RPGL, RPG ILE, SQLRPGLE, and CL programming
- Hands-on experience with EDI platforms and transaction sets (810, 850, 820, 856)
- Solid understanding of SQL concepts and database design
- Experience with cursor programming and embedded SQL
- Knowledge of ILE concepts (modules, service programs, binding directories)
- Experience with Message Queue (MQ) and system integration
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with MDCMS, Turnover (code management tools)
- Knowledge of X-Analysis tool
- Experience with ROBOT scheduler
- Understanding of data modeling (normalized, denormalized, star schema)
- Familiarity with iSeries Navigator
- Domain knowledge in Retail (Merchandising, Warehouse, Distribution)
