Position: QA Lead – Salesforce Testing & Playwright Automation – Banking Domain Experience – MUST

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Onshore QA Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce functional testing, Playwright-based automation, and leadership capabilities to manage QA activities across multiple releases.
The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality delivery through robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and effective stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Technical Skills
o Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects).
o Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.
o Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, API testing, and SQL.
o Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
· QA Expertise
o Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
o Experience in test strategy, planning, and execution for complex enterprise applications.
· Leadership & Communication
o Ability to lead QA efforts across distributed teams.
o Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Salesforce QA Testing
o Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
o Validate workflows, customizations, and data integrity across Salesforce modules.
o Collaborate with business analysts and developers to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
· Playwright Automation
o Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
o Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
o Ensure automation coverage for critical end-to-end scenarios and optimize execution time.
· Onshore QA Lead Duties
o Act as the primary QA point of contact for onshore activities.
o Coordinate with offshore teams for test planning, execution, and defect triage.
o Define and track QA KPIs (coverage, defect leakage, automation ROI).
o Manage regression windows and resource allocation based on release priorities.
o Provide daily/weekly status reports to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
· Salesforce certification (Admin or QA-related).
· Experience in other automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms and integration testing.
