Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud to support business stakeholders in analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sales Cloud setup, configuration, and usage, and will act as a bridge between business teams and Salesforce technical teams.

Strong experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce platform

Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud setup and functionality

Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM best practices

Experience working with Salesforce administrators and developers

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
