Overview
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong healthcare experience designing solutions for payer and provider platforms. This role requires deep UX expertise, excellent stakeholder communication, and hands-on proficiency with Figma and modern UX tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design for payer and provider healthcare products (e.g., claims, eligibility, care management, provider portals)
Translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, scalable user experiences
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders
Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX standards and design systems
Effectively present design solutions to stakeholders and leadership
Mandatory Requirements
Extensive UX experience in Healthcare, specifically with Payer & Provider systems
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and related UX tools (FigJam, Miro, Adobe XD, etc.)
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Experience working with distributed teams
Ready and available to work Mountain Time hours
Preferred
Experience with claims, EHR/EMR, member/provider portals, or care management tools
Knowledge of HIPAA, accessibility standards (WCAG), and Agile methodologies
