Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sitecore DAM Developer with strong expertise in Sitecore Content Hub DAM to design, customize, integrate, and support digital asset management solutions. The role involves working closely with marketing, content, and IT teams to ensure efficient asset lifecycle management, governance, and seamless integration with downstream systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and customize Sitecore Content Hub DAM solutions.
• Implement and manage asset models, metadata schemas, taxonomies, and workflows.
• Customize DAM user interfaces, portals, and dashboards.
• Configure permissions, roles, security, and asset governance rules.
• Develop and maintain workflows for asset ingestion, review, approval, and publishing.
• Support bulk imports, asset transformations, renditions, and delivery profiles.
• Integrate Sitecore DAM with:
o Sitecore XM/XP/XM Cloud
o CMS, MRM, or other marketing platforms
o Third-party tools via REST APIs and webhooks
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate DAM requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in Sitecore Content Hub DAM development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of:
o Asset lifecycle management
o Metadata modeling and taxonomy design
o Workflow and automation rules
• Hands-on experience with:
o Sitecore Content Hub APIs
o RESTful services, JSON
• Experience integrating DAM with CMS, marketing automation, or creative tools.
• Understanding of digital asset governance, compliance, and branding standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with Sitecore MRM, CMP, or Sitecore XM/XP.
• Sitecore certifications (Content Hub, CMS).
• Scripting or development experience (.NET, JavaScript).
