Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to join our client’s team for a long-term onsite project. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP EAM and related modules, with a proven track record in implementing and supporting asset management solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead SAP EAM module configuration, implementation, and support activities.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design asset management solutions.
Configure and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
Integrate EAM with related modules such as PM, MM, FI, and WM.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
Develop functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with asset management and maintenance best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

9-10 Years of overall IT Experience.
8+ years of SAP EAM / PM experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, work order management, and maintenance planning.
Experience with master data management for equipment, functional locations, and maintenance BOMs.
Hands-on configuration and integration skills with MM, FI/CO, and other relevant modules.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

S/4HANA EAM experience.
Experience in utilities, energy, or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of mobility solutions for maintenance (SAP Work Manager, Asset Manager).

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
