- Minimum experience required is 10 years.
- 12 years of SAP Extended warehouse Management (EWM) experience with atleast 2 EWM implementation experience.
- SAP Logistics execution hands-on experience in executing projects related to product supply chain.
- The candidate is expected to play the role of an EWM expert for Oracle to SAP S/4 HANA Migration, S/4 upgrades.
- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP EWM configuration across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
- Expertise in warehouse structure design including warehouse numbers, storage types, activity areas, and work centers.
- Proficiency in managing Warehouse Tasks (WT), Warehouse Orders (WO), wave management, and queue determination.
- Solid working knowledge of Handling Unit (HU) management, packing, HU types, and packaging specifications.
- Experience in RF framework setup, RF menu configuration, mobile transaction execution and PPF.
- Strong integration knowledge with MM/IM, SD/LE, PP, QM and hands-on experience resolving cross-module issues.
- Demonstrated experience in S/4HANA Embedded EWM (at least one end-to-end implementation or conversion).
- Ability to create functional specifications, drive workshops, document solutions, and handle client-facing discussions.
- Experience in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, cutover activities, and go-live/hypercare support.
- Debugging knowledge and analysis capability for understanding EWM logs, queues, PPF actions, and IDocs.
- Experience with advanced EWM functions: Slotting & Rearrangement, Labor Management, Yard Management, VAS, or Cross-Docking.
- Knowledge of EWM–TM integration, including freight order alignment and staging processes.
- Exposure to automation/MFS, barcode printing, scanners, ASRS, or 3PL system integrations.
- Familiarity with Fiori apps for warehouse operations and user experience optimization.
