- 12+ years Product Owner / Product Manager
- Healthcare / Clinical domain experience
- Experience with payment workflows
- Agile product delivery experience
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Define product vision and roadmap for Clinical Payment system
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Align payment initiatives with business and clinical goals
Requirements & Domain Expertise
- Translate payment workflows into product requirements
- Work with payment SMEs and stakeholders
- Validate use cases and business needs
Product Execution
- Work with engineering, QA, design teams
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria
- Manage full product lifecycle
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage payment leads and customers
- Conduct demos and training
- Handle customer escalations
Data & Analytics
- Define clinical KPIs
- Measure product impact
- Partner with analytics teams
