Urgent position of Six Sigma Finance Process Consultant  (Only Local)

Location – Sanjose,CA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Leed efforts to define process intent and scope, align to strategic objectives, and establish/meintein process performance metrica and measurement methods.

Continuously evaluate performance and integrate stakeholder feedbeck to refine and optimize processes; identify training needs for key process performers.

Lead, facilitate and execute cross-functional improvement initiatives to reduce defects/varistions and remove waste, using Lean and Six Sigma methods and data-driven root cause analysis.

Mentor and coach team members and build organizational capability through training and best-practice sharing.

Develop and monitor KPis to track improvement outcomes and business impact; communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership.

Serve as a subject matter expert on semiconductor finance process leading practices, advising Finance leadership on process design decisions, transformation tradeoffs, and long-term scalability considerations.

Apply semiconductor industry leading practices to the design, standerdization, ano continuous improvement of Finance processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and tit for a bighlycomploy manufacturing environment.

Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to ensuite process designs support manutacturing, supply chain, and technology roadmap new common to the semiconductor industry

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degrasp Finance, Accounting, Bus ness or relatec experience

10- years in finerice operations/process excellenco, business process management. continuous mprovement or tinance transformation

Lean SxiS gme Back Belt certification preferred ne scuivalent advanced Cl sortif cation: Green Bet considered with it one project endorship track nepord

Experience with tinanes platforms and analyt os/reporting ecosystems e.. ERP Enance, cose reconoilation tooting, Bitlata platorms, at relevant to your
