Job Description:
Project Planning and Execution:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the CLM initiative, including scoping, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
o Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, legal, procurement, and IT teams, Ops teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
o Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders, addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of engagement.
• Vendor Management:
o Oversee the selection and management of CLM solution vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and contractual agreements. o Facilitate communication between the organization and vendors, fostering a positive and productive relationship.
• Process Optimization:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize contract management processes, enhancing execution, efficiency, and compliance.
o Implement best practices in CLM to streamline workflows and improve overall contract lifecycle, execution, and monitoring processes.
• Training and Change Management:
o Develop and implement training programs for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new CLM systems and processes.
o Facilitate change management strategies to address resistance and promote adoption of CLM initiatives.
• Quality Assurance:
o Establish and implement quality assurance measures to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity within the CLM systems.
o Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
