Experience
Advanced experience developing and supporting IBM
DataStage ETL solutions in an enterprise environment.
Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
Proven experience troubleshooting complex ETL and batch processing issues.
Experience supporting production systems with operational and on-call responsibilities
Technical Skills
IBM DataStage (job design, deployment, administration support)
ETL / ELT best practices and data integration patterns
SQL Server and other relational databases
Linux / shell scripting
Job scheduling tools (IWA or equivalent)
Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD and work tracking tools
Data governance, data security, and compliance awareness.
