2. Partner closely with engineering and development teams to translate discovery findings into actionable technical specifications, providing clinical context and oversight throughout the development lifecycle.
3. Act as the technical SME for EHR-to-payer and EHR-to-HIN integrations, specializing in FHIR-based data exchange and traditional interoperability frameworks, collaborating with business and product stakeholders.
4. Lead the design and implementation of touchless prior authorization workflows, leveraging clinical workflows and automated medical record retrieval to reduce provider burden.
5. Oversee technical connectivity and data strategy with major Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) and national networks
7. Collaborate with engineering to translate clinical necessity criteria into technical specs for EHR modules including Medications, CPOE, and Clinical Noting.

5. Advanced proficiency in HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and USCDI data classes.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
7. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying, analysing, and resolving complex issues.
8. Ability to use data analysis to monitor integration performance KPIs, such as successful transaction rates and reduction in manual intervention.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Advanced proficiency in HL7 FHIR (R4), SMART on FHIR, Da Vinci Project profiles, and USCDI data classes.
2. Experience with medical coding sets (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, SNOMED) and their application in automated clinical reviews.
3. Hands-on experience with popular EHR systems.
4. Proven experience leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate software delivery while adhering to best practices for efficiency and ethical AI usage
5. Proven ability to manage communication and delivery across multiple time zones, specifically working with offshore delivery centres.
