Senior Program Manager
Location: Whippany, NJ
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex transformation programs. This role requires strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery.
The candidate will be evaluated by senior leadership (including CIO level), so strong leadership presence and communication skills are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of large-scale transformation programs across business, technology, and operations
Define and manage program plans, timelines, and delivery approach
Establish and manage program governance frameworks
Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues proactively
Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership
Manage budget, cost tracking, and financial planning
Ensure agile and incremental delivery approach
Required Skills:
Strong experience in large-scale program management and governance
Ability to quickly adapt to new domains and business environments
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Experience working with senior stakeholders (Business, Tech, Risk, Strategy)
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
