Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions using Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and custom extensions
- Develop and maintain plugins, PCF controls, custom workflows, and integrations using C#, JavaScript, and .NET
- Translate business requirements into well architected, supportable technical designs
- Own delivery of medium-to-large features from design through production support
- Ensure solutions conform to enterprise CRM standards
- Prevent creation of one-off data models, bespoke workflows, or non-standard integrations
- Actively identify and remediate non-conformant patterns in existing CRM implementations
- Partner with architecture and enablement teams to evolve CRM standards responsibly
- Design and implement secure, reliable integrations using APIs, service principles, and enterprise integration patterns
- Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and consumable by downstream platforms such as Client Insights and analytics environments
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across CRM and integration boundaries
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, resiliency, and performance expectations
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and readiness assessments
- Support UAT, release activities, and production issue resolution
- Build solutions with operability and supportability as first class concerns
- Serve as a technical leader within the delivery team, setting patterns and best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business partners, QA, and platform teams
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable assets
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform
- Hands‑on development of PCF controls
- Strong experience with Dataverse, including schema design and security roles
- Proficiency in Typescript, .NET, and CRM customization patterns
- Experience delivering enterprise‑grade applications in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, source control, and release management
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex solutions
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Power Automate, Model‑Driven Apps, and advanced workflow scenarios
- Experience integrating CRM with Azure services (App Registrations, Functions, Key Vault)
- Familiarity with CRM data pipelines and analytics enablement
- Experience working in financial services or similarly regulated environments
- Agile / Scrum delivery experience
- Problem Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, with a focus on performance optimization and root cause analysis.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and document migration processes.
