AIML Sr Engineer- Remote
Build analytic systems, predictive and LLM models
Contract
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize LLMs for a variety of tasks, such as text generation, translation, question answering, and code generation
Perform code auditing of team members to maintain proper coding standards maintained.
Train and fine-tune LLMs using appropriate machine learning frameworks and tools
Deploy LLMs to production and monitor their performance
Lead the technical vision and execution of LLMs at scale
Develop and implement LLM training and deployment strategies
Collaborate with data scientists and senior data scientist to ensure that LLMs are trained on high-quality data
Work with product managers to understand the needs of customers and users and develop LLMs that meet those needs
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in LLM technology
Apply software security principles and best practices, secure coding, implementing authentication/authorization procedures.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements & plan sprints, and deliver high-quality software applications/solutions.
Assist in effort estimation and meeting project deadlines.
Actively participate in Agile team activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
