Key requirements:
· Strong experience in IT Help Desk / Technical Support
· Experience with ticketing, troubleshooting, and SLA-based support
· Exposure to law enforcement / criminal justice domain (highly preferred)
· Knowledge of RMS systems or CJIS-related applications
· Experience in user training, onboarding, or implementation support
· Strong communication skills (working with police departments, IT teams, vendors)
Role responsibilities:
· Deliver training sessions (remote & onsite)
· Support onboarding of police departments
· Assist with change management and workflow adoption
· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
· Maintain documentation, reports, and knowledge base
Additional:
· Willingness to travel for onsite training
· Ability to work in a structured government environment
