Job Title: Workiva Configuration Specialist
Location: Buffalo, NY-Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Workiva Configuration Specialist to configure, manage, and optimize the Workiva platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up data integrations, building reports, and supporting regulatory or financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workiva environments, including documents, sheets, and data connections
Design and manage data integrations between Workiva and source systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses, or Axiom)
Build and maintain:
Reports
Dashboards
Linked documents
Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
Support XBRL tagging and regulatory filings (if applicable)
Automate workflows and reporting processes
Troubleshoot issues related to data loads, mappings, and reporting
Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams
Ensure data accuracy, auditability, and compliance standards
