Technical Architect 

***Only qualified Technical Architect candidates located near Plano, TX to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***

Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
• 5+ years architecting end to end enterprise solution with Digital/Self-service channel front ends with ability to work and lead cross functional teams from Epic requirement grooming to deliver Solution Intent artifacts. 
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe suite of Personalization and Journey Management Product and Platform preferred. (Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Edge Network, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics) 
• Customer Ordering and Capture or eCommerce (Catalog, Offer Discovery, Pricing, Cart, Checkout and Order Processing) applications and Telecommunication experiences are preferred.

Role:
Responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions on emerging technologies and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology.   

Responsibilities:  
• Designs, develops, documents and analyzes overall architecture of systems on emerging technologies, including hardware and software. 
• Requires excellent technical skills across a wide range of system, software and/or internet technologies. 
• Determines integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. 
• Coordinates design and integration of total system including subsystems. 
• Researches and recommends technology to improve the current systems. 
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) within own discipline/specialty area; basic knowledge of other disciplines/specialty areas. 
• Integrates industry experience and deep professional/technical knowledge. Solves unique problems through evaluative, judgment and precedent. 
• Independently applies sophisticated analysis in evaluating issues. 
• Develops new concepts/methods/techniques for cross functional emerging technologies initiatives. 
• Recognizes/pursues alternative methods. 
• Exercises latitude in determining objectives/approaches to projects. 
• Leads multiple small to medium sized projects and technical breadth.
