Skills-

7–10 years of Security Operations experience and strong hands-on expertise implementing and supporting the ServiceNow Security Operations module.

Implement and configure ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules: Security Incident Response (SIR), Threat Intelligence

Design, build, and support integrations with security tools, including:

o     FlashPoint (Threat Intelligence)

o     Palo Alto WildFire

o     Netskope

o     Have I Been Pwned (HIBP)

o     Etc..

Configure inbound/outbound REST integrations using MID Servers and secure authentication.

Map and normalize security data such as alerts, vulnerabilities, and IOCs within ServiceNow.

Develop security workflows, playbooks, business rules, scripts, and automation.

Enable dashboards, KPIs, operational and executive security reporting.

Partner onsite with SOC, GRC, Risk, and IT teams for requirements, UAT, and production support.

Ensure implementations align with enterprise security standards and audit requirements.
