Role: SAP FICO Project Manager
Duration: 12 Month
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client finance innovation and transformation portfolios, ensuring delivery aligned to business outcomes and contractual commitments
- Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional agile teams, driving ceremonies, removing impediments, and scaling agile ways of working
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client Finance and IT leaders, shaping roadmaps and governing execution
- Present program progress, risks, and value realization to client executives and steering committees
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong consulting experience in finance transformation, AI led innovation programs, or large-scale change initiatives
- Proven Scrum Master / agile delivery leadership in client environments (Preferably SAFe )
- Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- Ability to drive agile maturity, adoption, and measurable value realization for clients
Primary Skill –
- Agile PM with SAP FI/CO background
- 12+ years of experience.
In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $60 – 70/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
