Profisee Engineer

Position: Profisee Engineer

Location: Chicago, IL – Onsite

Duration: 6-12 Months

Total experience in MDM 10+ Years, at least 2 profisee implementation, including one greenfield one (not support)

• Design and architect reference data including data models and integration architecture
• Build and configure Profisee RDM/MDM components end‑to‑end (FastApps, workflows, DQ/validation rules, stewardship configuration)
• Configure and maintain entities, attributes, and hierarchies in Profisee, including relationship modeling and hierarchy versioning to support taxonomy changes and reporting use cases
• Implement and maintain integrations between Profisee and downstream systems using APIs, files, or database interfaces, ensuring reliable and performant data movement
• Own physical and logical data models for reference data, ensuring structures support operational systems, reporting, and analytics use cases
• Operationalize and support the RDM platform post‑implementation, including monitoring, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and enhancements
• Design and maintain mappings and crosswalks to support taxonomy changes and remapping
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Java script etc.
• Proficient in T-SQL, creating and updating views (SQL server)
• Execute hands‑on testing and release activities (SIT/UAT/production validation) for data model changes, integrations, and reference data updates
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders on requirements and design while remaining hands‑on keyboard for build, configuration, and operations
