Job Description
Seeking a Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience in Functional System Testing within the Banking and Retail domains
Perform comprehensive functional and system testing to ensure software quality and reliability
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases
Develop execute and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts based on functional specifications
Identify report and track defects using appropriate tools and ensure timely resolution
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
Support continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and automation opportunities
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in testing activities
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate testing activities for banking and retail domain projects
Work closely with business analysts developers and product owners to ensure test coverage of all functionalities
Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices and testing methodologies
Participate in requirement review sessions to provide insights from a testing perspective
Manage test environments and ensure readiness for testing cycles
Conduct regression integration and user acceptance testing UAT as required Collaborate in defect triage meetings and assist in prioritizing defect fixes
Maintain documentation related to testing processes results and lessons learned
