We are looking for a SQL Developer with strong keyword search and logic skills to support an automation-focused quality monitoring program.
🔍 Role Overview:
This role focuses on building automation detection queries using advanced SQL and keyword search logic (not Python) within the Gridspace (GS) platform. You will work with large volumes of call transcript data to extract insights and improve quality standards.
🧠 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize advanced SQL + keyword search queries
Analyze call transcripts to identify key patterns and insights
Ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability of search functionality
Apply strong logic and relational database principles
Support QA/automation initiatives within the QM program
⭐ Ideal Candidate:
Strong SQL and logical reasoning skills
Experience with keyword search over large text datasets
Familiarity with call transcripts / speech analytics
Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain (preferred)
Proactive, critical thinker, and strong problem solver
