Job Title: Scrum Master / Project Manager
Work Location: Onsite (Malvern, PA)
Duration: 12 Months+
Visa: Only visa independent except OPT/CPT (No H1B)
Pay Rate: $51/hr on C2C
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with a strong background in DB2 Mainframe systems and working knowledge of AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will lead Agile delivery teams, drive project execution, and bridge the gap between legacy mainframe systems and modern cloud-based solutions.
Required Skills:
– Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile environments.
– Hands-on experience with DB2 Mainframe systems.
– Working knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services)
– Experience managing cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, QA)
– Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
– Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
– Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in mainframe modernization or cloud migration projects.
– Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.)
– PMP or equivalent project management certification.
– Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
