Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled MacOS Developer with strong expertise in Apple platform development to design, develop, and maintain high-performance macOS applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Swift, Objective-C, and modern macOS frameworks, along with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and application architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable macOS applications.
- Build intuitive and high-quality user interfaces using AppKit and SwiftUI.
- Implement robust concurrency solutions using Combine or Grand Central Dispatch (GCD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
- Integrate applications with backend services using RESTful APIs.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.
- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Apple platform/macOS development.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Swift
- Objective-C
- Hands-on experience with:
- AppKit (macOS UI development)
- SwiftUI (modern UI framework)
- Concurrency (Combine / GCD)
- Expertise in development tools:
- Xcode
- Git
- macOS Command Line Tools
- Solid understanding of:
- MVVM / MVC architecture patterns
- REST API integration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing user-centric applications with strong UX focus.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging macOS applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for macOS/iOS applications.
