Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business objectives, processes, and technical requirements to recommend effective IT solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses for system enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements
• Develop detailed system specifications, workflows, and process documentation
• Evaluate system capabilities and recommend improvements or automation opportunities

GitHub Enterprise & DevSecOps Responsibilities

• Administer and govern GitHub Enterprise (Cloud or Server) environments
• Implement and manage:
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• SAML/SSO authentication
• Branch protection policies
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Develop YAML-based workflow automation for software delivery
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  
• Ensure audit logging, compliance reporting, and access governance
  
• Implement and enforce DevSecOps best practices
• Manage GitHub Advanced Security tools:
• CodeQL
• Secret Scanning
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Establish enterprise-wide standards for secure and scalable software delivery
