ROLE SUMMARY
The Lawson Systems Developer is responsible for the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise applications built on the Lawson platform. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that optimize operational workflows, ensure system integrity, and enhance the end-user experience.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES
▪ Programming Languages: RPG, COBOL, AS/400 Control Language (CL)
▪ Database & Query Tools: SQL (query writing, optimization, and data extraction)
▪ Platform: Lawson ERP — including Lawson Interface Desktop (LID) and Lawson Process Flow
▪ Integration: Experience designing and maintaining system-to-system interfaces and APIs
▪ Testing: Proficiency in unit, integration, and system-level testing methodologies
▪ Documentation: Ability to produce clear technical and end-user documentation
