Role: CCB Test Lead (Oracle Utilities)
We are looking for an experienced CCB Test Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) to drive end-to-end testing activities. The candidate will be responsible for test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management across utility domain applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing
- Design and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases
- Validate APIs, services, and data integrations (including EDI)
- Manage defects using tools like JIRA / HP ALM
- Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging
- Ensure compliance with QA standards and utility regulations
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor testing teams and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams
- Provide test metrics, reports, and sign-offs
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle Utilities CCB testing
- Experience in Utility domain (billing, customer care)
- Expertise in functional and integration testing
- Experience with EDI testing
- Hands-on with defect management tools (JIRA, ALM)
- Exposure to test automation tools (Tosca preferred)
