We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise across PBCS, ARCS, and FCCS. The ideal candidate will bring a 60–70% functional and 30–40% technical skill mix, with hands-on experience delivering multiple Oracle EPM implementations and production support engagements. This role requires deep integration knowledge between Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and EPM Cloud, along with strong reporting expertise using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities (60–70%)
- Lead and support Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and support projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
- Configure and support PBCS, ARCS, and FCCS applications aligned to finance and controllership processes.
- Design, create, and maintain EPM hierarchies, dimensions, and metadata structures following best practices.
- Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial close, reconciliation, and consolidation processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate finance requirements into scalable EPM solutions.
- Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, go‑live, and post‑production support.
Technical Responsibilities (30–40%)
- Design and execute data integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Manage and monitor data uploads, data loads, mappings, validations, and reconciliations in EPM.
- Develop and enhance OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports for Finance and EPM‑related analytics.
- Troubleshoot data, metadata, and integration issues across ERP and EPM platforms.
- Support automation, enhancements, and performance optimization of EPM solutions.
- Work closely with technical and integration teams to ensure data accuracy and governance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall Oracle EPM experience.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in:
- PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
- ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
- FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
- Proven experience in multiple end‑to‑end EPM implementations and support engagements.
- Deep expertise in dimension and hierarchy design within Oracle EPM.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud to EPM Cloud integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of OTBI and Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) reporting.
- Solid understanding of finance processes (Planning, Budgeting, Close, Consolidation).
- Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Exposure to financial data governance, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
- Experience working in an onsite, fast‑paced client environment.
