Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced GEP SMART Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in configuring and supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PR-to-Invoice) process flows. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of procurement systems and the ability to design, configure, and optimize workflows within the GEP SMART platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PR to Invoice) workflows in GEP SMART

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations

• Design and optimize procurement processes including requisitioning, approvals, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments

• Provide functional expertise on GEP SMART modules and best practices

• Troubleshoot issues and support system enhancements and upgrades

• Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation

• Ensure seamless integration of procurement processes with other enterprise systems

Required Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with GEP SMART platform

• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, especially PR-to-Invoice flows

• Experience in configuring workflows, approval hierarchies, and procurement modules

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

• Prior consulting or implementation experience

• Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance standards
