Responsibilities
Competencies: 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, focusing on Knowledge Management implementation and ITSM modules (HRSD, S2P) as well as scoped application development and integrations.
Role Description:
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow Knowledge Management activities across ITSM modules (HRSD, S2P) and custom applications.
- Conduct workshops to gather functional requirements for Knowledge Management processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Assess existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements.
- Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs across IT departments.
- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.
- Implement automation solutions with Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement long-term solutions.
- Experience with ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITIL process definition, architecture-level configurations, and integration solutions.
