Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading RPA tools and a strong understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Develop and maintain bots for automating repetitive tasks
- Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party applications
- Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and security of automation solutions
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Maintain proper documentation of automation workflows and processes
- Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of RPA bots
- Stay updated with the latest RPA tools and technologies
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, or .NET)
- Understanding of workflow-based automation and business process mapping
- Experience with APIs, web services, and data integration
- Familiarity with Excel automation, databases, and data handling
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of version control tools like Git
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML or intelligent automation
- Knowledge of OCR and document processing tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
