Job Description
Looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in custom/scoped applications, complex integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support custom and scoped ServiceNow applications
- Handle production support and issue resolution
- Build and support complex enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub
- Develop client-side and server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer)
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and integration issues
Required Skills
- years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Glide API
- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- REST Scripted APIs
- Experience with at least one scoped application:
- HRSD or
- Legal Operations or
- Workplace Resources
- Strong debugging and production support experience
Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow CAD / CIS
- CTA – nice to have
