Notes:
• Android native development- large scale applications
• Kotlin and Coroutines is required
• Dagger will be a huge plus
• Adding in new features for the ETC Android applications, adding enhancements, working on addling new features
• Financial industry requirement? Financial exp will be a huge plus but not important, large scale is more important, android exp from a financial industry, compliance related to financial will be a huge bonus
• Jenkins experience/ CI/CD? Will be a plus, not really required
• Performance, if they are some
• Have to have experience developing user consumer facing applications, not only working with SDKs
• Versions of SDK? Minimum version is 29 and latest is 35 (they are working towards to supporting 35, they do not require it, they have to support multiple versions that are running at the same time, pretty standard for Android developers)
• Consumer facing applications
• Realm and Dagger 2? If they do have Realm and Dagger, it is a huge plus, not a show stopper
• Links- Playstone, ratings etc. to show? Links are not needed, but the apps yes
• Be able to work independently
• Will be working with Manoj, his squad is working on critical projects and applications, so if they have the bandwidth, they will be supporting Manoj. Have a bunch of apps in production and they are not developing from scratch, but will need to be able add enhancements
• Cap on the years of experience? Not constraints as long as are on top of their toes
• Agile? Not looking for specific Agile. 5 years of minimum Android experience
