Leadership: Proven ability to act as a
Technical Lead for distributed enterprise solutions.
Tools: Proficient in code version control (Git/SVN) and basic
UNIX/Linux commands.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science is required.
Preferred Experience
Industry: Experience with
Provider or Payer Healthcare systems is highly desirable.
Design: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and real-time processing solutions.

Technical Core & Responsibilities
Full-Stack Java Development
Legacy & Modern Stack: Maintain and develop enterprise applications using a mix of
Java 7/8, Struts, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
Distributed Systems: Act in a technical lead capacity to define, architect, and deliver scalable distributed solutions.
End-to-End SDLC: Lead code development, maintenance, and promotions, ensuring all work conforms to established coding standards.
AI-Driven Engineering
Workflow Optimization: Integrate
AI-Assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or internal AI agents) for rapid code generation and debugging.
Innovation: Contribute ideas for AI-driven automation and predictive features within the application ecosystem.
Database & Backend Logic
Oracle Expertise: Write and optimize highly complex
SQL and PL/SQL queries and stored procedures.
Systems Integration: Design and implement both batch and real-time application integration solutions.
Documentation & Quality Assurance
Technical Writing: Create and update technical documentation based on functional requirements.
Testing: Develop comprehensive unit test plans and cases, participate in peer code reviews, and execute rigorous unit testing.
