Hybrid in Hartford, CT or Minneapolis, MN

Rate: $45/hr on C2C

 

Required Qualifications:
– 5+ years as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst in software delivery environments.
– Strong writing skills: clear requirements, specs, and structured communication.
– Experience with Agile tooling (JIRA) and documentation platforms (Confluence).
– Ability to create wireframes/process flows and communicate with technical teams.
– Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and managing ambiguity.

Preferred /Nice to Have:
– Experience with AI/ML product requirements (evaluation metrics, human-in-the-loop workflows). – Familiarity with healthcare/Medicare business processes. – Experience with analytics to define KPIs and instrument product telemetry.
