Job Title: Informatica Data Marketplace Solution Architect
Location: Remote
Job Description:-
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Data Marketplace Solution Architect to lead the end‑to‑end architecture, delivery, and implementation of Informatica Data Marketplace (IDMC ecosystem) for a major healthcare client. This role requires deep expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and associated services—including CDI, CAI, CDQ, CDGC, EDC/Metadata Management, and Marketplace—and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams in building a scalable, governed, and business‑friendly data marketplace that makes enterprise data assets searchable, accessible, and consumable for internal users.
Required Skills
12+ years of total data management / data engineering / architecture experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica cloud products, including:IDMC-MUST HAVE
Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC)
Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC)
Data Marketplace
Proven experience architecting and implementing data catalogs, data governance frameworks, and data quality platforms.
Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems—Azure, AWS, or GCP (Azure preferred for healthcare programs).
Experience architecting solutions for healthcare payers or providers (HL7, claims data, regulatory standards preferred).
Deep knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, lineage, classification, security, and data lifecycle management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly to directors, VPs, and CIO/CTO-level leaders.
Experience managing hybrid global delivery teams and complex enterprise programs.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with event-driven or API‑first integration architectures.
Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, or similar cloud data platforms.
Understanding of AI/ML-based metadata automation and active metadata management trends.
Prior experience representing consulting organizations in pre‑sales, RFP responses, or industry events.
