Job Description:
- Azure Migration GitOps-Driven)Role OverviewOwn the end-to-end cloud migration architecture, defining how GCP workloads, IaC, CI/CD, and networking transition into Azure using GitOps as the deployment backbone.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Azure target-state architecture for SaaS workloads.
- Design IaC strategy using ASO (Azure Service Operator) and Terraform
- Define GitOps operating model using Flux CD and Helm
- Establish multi-environment SDLC architecture (3 primary + 3 DR). Design DR failover/failback patterns
- Define cross-cloud connectivity patterns (VPN/ExpressRoute)
- Ensure compliance with Azure best practices
- Provide architectural governance over CI/CD transformation
Required Skills
- Deep Azure architecture experience
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes & GitOps patterns
- Experience migrating from GCP to Azure
- Strong Terraform expertise
- Experience designing DR & HA architectures
- Strong cloud networking understanding
