Position- Senior ServiceNow Developer — 14+-
Location- Watsonville, CA (Onsite)
Contract

Key Job Responsibilities: Lead technical design sessions and develop solution documentation for ServiceNow applications.
Configure and enhance core and custom applications, workflows and integrations.
Identify opportunities for automation, AI solutions and platform improvements.
Manage platform upgrades including impact assessments and remediation planning.
Perform day-to-day administration and resolve production issues.
Provide mentorship to the ServiceNow support team. Support modules including ITSM, ITBM, ITAM and ITOM. Create and manage Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Notifications, APIs and ACLs.
Follow best practices for release management and source control.
Manage multiple projects, gather requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
Design data import/export integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
Create dashboards and operational reports.
Deliver user training and stay current with ServiceNow capabilities.
