Position: Windchill Data Migration Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months contract
Job Description:
Role Descriptions:
- 10 years of Hands experience in data migration projects| preferably in a Windchill environment.
- Should have working knowledge in PLM Domain.
- Solid understanding of Windchill data model| workflows| and configurations.
- Experience in migrating data from non-PLM to windchill environment is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of data migration concepts| methodologies| and best practices.
- Knowledge of CAD data and engineering document management systems.
- Should have experience in working with WBM tool.
- Proficiency in Windchill data migration tools and utilities including Site consolidation tools and processes.
- Experience with data mapping| transformation| and validation techniques.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automating migration processes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in data management or PLM are advantageous.
Generic Managerial Skills| If any:
- Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment.
- Excellence in writing| verbal presentation| and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to manage conflicts in the Team Guide Team in Migration activities.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
