RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the IOO Program of analytics and data management projects by coordinating deliverables, schedules, and interdependencies across departments.
Provide oversight and coordination of data visualization efforts, ensuring dashboards and reporting tools are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business needs.
Coordinate data lake migration efforts to enable data democratization efforts and analytics.
Ensure data is connected and visualized in a way that supports engineering, planning, and asset management use cases.
Monitor and report on project performance metrics, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver change management communications (e.g., newsletters, user updates, training materials) to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout project.
Reduce risk ensuring project delivery is structured, controlled, and coordinated.
Maintain stakeholder communication and alignment across business users, IT, and consultants to accelerate digital transformation and ensure successful adoption of analytics and governance tools.
Support development of enterprise data strategy by aligning projects with long-term analytics and digital transformation goals.
Standardize documentation, templates, and project artifacts to improve transparency and consistency across initiatives.
Champion user adoption by gathering feedback, incorporating enhancements, and tailoring training to business needs.
Anticipate future data and analytics needs, recommending scalable solutions that align with enterprise architecture and strategy.
Manage project go-live and post-implementation activities, including hyper-care support.
Investigate and resolve user system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Skills:
Technical: Jira (would be nice), Power BI, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, familiarity with Hexagon, ESRI GIS, enterprise data platforms.
Soft: Communication (written and verbal), interpersonal/relationship building
