Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Design Lead – Java Coding Review with strong expertise in Java development, architecture design, and code quality governance. The ideal candidate will lead technical design discussions, perform in-depth code reviews, and ensure adherence to enterprise coding standards across development teams. This role requires strong leadership, mentoring capabilities, and a deep understanding of Java-based enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design reviews and Java code reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise coding standards and best practices.
Analyze and review application architecture, design patterns, and code quality.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, performance optimization, and scalability requirements.
Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to resolve design and coding issues.
Establish and enforce code quality governance and review frameworks across projects.
Support teams in improving application performance, maintainability, and reliability.
 

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, and enterprise application development.
Experience in design patterns, architecture design, and code review processes.
Knowledge of secure coding standards and performance optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with code quality tools and review practices.
