TE module within Oracle Cloud ERP This role requires deep functional expertise handson configuration experience and strong business process knowledge to support endtoend TE transformation initiatives The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders technical teams and project leadership to ensure a successful deployment and ongoing optimization of the TE solutionKey ResponsibilitiesLead functional design configuration and testing of Oracle Cloud ERP Travel Expense moduleConduct workshops with business users to gather requirements map processes and define solution designConfigure TE policies expense types approval workflows per diem rules corporate card integrations and audit rulesSupport integrations with HR AP Projects and thirdparty travel systems eg Concur credit card providersDevelop functional specifications for reports extensions and integrationsPerform endtoend testing including SIT UAT regression and production validationTroubleshoot issues perform rootcause analysis and provide functional support during cutover and hyper carePrepare training materials and support user enablement sessions
Ensure compliance with organizational travel policies audit requirements and financial controlsProvide best practices and recommendations based on Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities and industry standardsExperience on handling the issues related to Employees profile assignment bank details etcExperience in building the customcomplex report for business and audit usersRequired Skills Experience6-7 years of handson experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant with at least 34 years in Oracle Cloud ERP Travel ExpenseStrong understanding of TE business processes travel policies expense reimbursement corporate card programs auditapproval workflows and complianceProven experience configuring Oracle Cloud TE includingMerchant Category Group and Code setup
