Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Specialist / Platform AI Engineer to lead the implementation and adoption of enterprise AI platforms. This role is focused on the strategic rollout of Nucleus AI and Genesis AI, with a primary objective of driving a 40% productivity increase across engineering squads. You will be responsible for creating technical guidelines, building high-impact AI agents, and ensuring seamless cross-functional integration. The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect proficient in Python, Snowflake, and AWS who can bridge the gap between complex AI infrastructure and squad-level productivity.
Technical Core & Responsibilities
AI Platform Implementation
- Nucleus AI Rollout: Lead the deployment and setup of Nucleus AI, establishing the architectural “North Star” through best practices and governance guidelines.
- Genesis AI Adoption: Orchestrate the onboarding process for Genesis AI, working directly with squads to ensure high adoption rates and measurable efficiency gains.
- AI Agent Creation: Architect and deploy custom AI Agents designed to automate repetitive tasks and improve developer/operational productivity.
Data & Cloud Architecture
- Data Engineering: Leverage Snowflake and SQL to build robust data pipelines that feed into AI models and agentic workflows.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Utilize AWS services to host and scale AI platform components, ensuring security and high availability within an enterprise environment.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use Python to develop proofs-of-concept (POCs) for new AI-driven features and productivity tools.
Leadership & Project Management
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive large-scale projects across various business units, acting as the primary technical point of contact for AI platform initiatives.
- Productivity Benchmarking: Measure and report on the 40% productivity target, adjusting strategies and tools to meet enterprise goals.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide engineering squads through the transition to AI-enhanced workflows, providing the necessary training and documentation.
