Job Role and Responsibilities:
Candidate must have latest 5 plus years of experience in SAP VIM implementation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Following will be job responsibilities on the engagement,
Incident & Problem Management:
– Monitor, analyze, and resolve SAP VIM-related incidents and problems within SLAs.
– Troubleshoot complex issues related to invoice processing, workflows, and OpenText integration.
Change & Enhancement Management:
– Gather requirements, design, and implement SAP VIM enhancements and configurations.
– Work on change requests (CRs) related to invoice processing automation, business rules, and validation.
System Configuration & Customization:
– Configure SAP VIM, including DP document types, business rules, workflows, and exception handling.
– Perform necessary enhancements using ABAP, BAPIs, and OpenText customizations if required.
Integration & Interfaces Support:
– Ensure seamless integration between SAP VIM, OpenText, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules (MM, FI, AP).
– Support EDI/XML invoice processing and integrations with third-party vendors.
Performance Optimization & Monitoring:
– Conduct system performance tuning and analysis to optimize invoice processing efficiency.
– Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in SAP VIM workflows and document processing.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
– Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and offshore teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
– Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, SOX requirements, and audit guidelines.
Support regular system upgrades, patch applications, and OpenText/VIM version updates.
Testing & Validation:
– Perform unit testing, SIT, and support UAT for enhancements and issue resolutions.
– Validate business scenarios for invoice automation, duplicate checks, and approval workflows.
The resource will be working on the Incidents, Service requests and Problem tickets raised in Service now.
Resource should know how to work in an AMS construct, and should align work with the India team.
He should be able to resolve the tickets within SLA and respond to queries from the Client or supervisor on time.
