The client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Tech Lead who can lead a new project from the ground up and take ownership of both technical design and development. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java-based backend development along with modern Angular (latest versions) for frontend, and hands-on expertise with ElasticSearch for search and data indexing capabilities. They are also interested in someone who is comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity and solution capabilities. Since this is a Tech Lead role, the candidate should be capable of guiding the development team, making architectural decisions, and ensuring best practices in coding, scalability, and performance. The position requires onsite work from Day 1 in Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA, so the client prefers candidates who are comfortable working in a collaborative, in-person environment.
