Job Description
Lead strategic planning and execution of Aveva MES implementations and enhancements across manufacturing operations Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align MES solutions with business objectives Oversee the design development and deployment of MES systems ensuring scalability and reliability Evaluate and integrate new MES technologies and best practices to optimize manufacturing processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Aveva MES capabilities to enhance production efficiency and quality Manage stakeholder communications and provide expert guidance on MES architecture and solutions Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing execution Mentor and develop team members to build MES expertise and foster innovation within the team
Roles and Responsibilities
Define and implement MES strategy aligned with organizational goals in the Advanced Manufacturing Execution Systems domain Lead project management activities including resource allocation timeline management and risk mitigation for Aveva MES projects Act as the key technical authority on Aveva MES providing expert advice and troubleshooting support Collaborate with IT and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of MES with other enterprise systems Drive data analytics and reporting initiatives to provide actionable insights from MES data Establish and maintain vendor relationships for Aveva MES products and services Monitor MES system performance and lead root cause analysis for issues impacting manufacturing operations Foster a culture of innovation continuous learning and excellence within the MES team
