We are looking for an experienced NICE CXone Architect/Developer with strong expertise in contact center solutions, cloud-native platforms, and API integrations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain modern cloud-native applications and platforms
• Implement scalable NICE CXone solutions including ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, Omni Channel, Studio, Interaction Analytics, WFM, CRM Integrations
• Configure and integrate LiveVox Dialer, Medallia Surveys, and Auto Attendant
• Develop custom scripts and integrations using NICE CXone Studio • Build and troubleshoot API-based integrations and web services • Perform unit/system testing to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability • Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders and translate business requirements into solutions
• Present technical solutions and architectures to executive stakeholders
🔹 Required Skills:
• NICE CXone / NICE InContact platform
• Studio Scripting & Contact Center Workflow development
• API integrations and web services
• Programming languages: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python
• Knowledge of contact center KPIs, AI/IVR integrations, workforce optimization, and quality management tools
• Experience implementing reports, dashboards, call/chat workflows, and training solutions
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
