Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:  

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.

·         6+ years of Experience in Salesforce Product Manager/Owner

·         Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team.

·         Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Salesforce initiatives.

·         Gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

·         Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for development.

·         Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

·         Conduct UAT and obtain stakeholder sign-off on delivered functionality.

· Monitor platform performance, adoption, and user satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.

·         Stay informed of Salesforce platform updates and new features; assess their impact and value.

·         Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

·         Manage integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms, support tools).
