SAP S/4HANA Data Transformation & Integration Specialist

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Transformation & Integration Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce to SAP S/4HANA migrations, ABAP development, and modern integration techniques. This role will be responsible for end-to-end data extraction, transformation, migration, and integration to ensure accurate, scalable, and compliant data movement across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce to S/4HANA Data Transformation
• Lead Salesforce to SAP S/4HANA data transformation efforts within a Financial Services environment (e.g., banking, insurance, capital markets, or payments).
• Perform data object extraction using Salesforce Data Loader, Bulk API, and APIs with CSV/JSON outputs.
• Design and manage staging and transformation processes, including:
• Data cleansing and validation
• Deduplication and normalization
• Structural alignment with SAP S/4HANA data objects
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate transformation logic and business rules.
SAP Technical & ABAP Development
o Conduct data analysis and source-to-target mapping between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA.
o Develop WRICEF objects to meet client-specific business requirements.
o Build and manage migration objects using tools such as Migration Object Modeler (LTMOM).
o Perform unit testing and integration testing of migration and integration programs.
o Develop robust error handling, monitoring, and reconciliation mechanisms to ensure data consistency and process efficiency.

Integration & API Management
o Implement integrations using modern techniques, including:
o REST and SOAP APIs
o RFCs
o SAP BTP services
• Manage API exposure and consumption using SAP Fiori and other SAP technologies for real-time and batch data transfers.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations across systems.
SAP Administration & Cloud Integration
o Provide deep technical expertise in:
o SAP BSIS administration
o SAP data and database administration
o System migration and cloud integration architectures
• Support system performance, data integrity, and compliance during transformation and migration activities.
Required Skills & Experience
o Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce to SAP S/4HANA data migration.
o Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures, ABAP, and migration tools.
o Proven experience with WRICEF development.
o Expertise in API-based integrations and SAP BTP.
o Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and reconciliation practices.
o Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications
o Prior experience on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
o Exposure to cloud-based SAP landscapes and hybrid integrations.
o Strong communication skills with the ability to work across functional and technical teams.
